Shannon Stone, MSW, LCSW
Shannon began her career as an elementary school teacher before pivoting to pursue a Master’s in Social Work with the goal of expanding the populations she works with. She found a passion for working in the realms of aging and healthcare.
Shannon has worked as a social worker across a spectrum of care settings, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.
Shannon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a passion for including talk therapy in her holistic approach to working with clients. She offers individual and family therapy sessions.
Her favorite people to care for are her husband and her two young children. Shannon enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family.


Rachel Stutzman, MDiv, MSW, LSW, CCM
Rachel has built her career around helping people navigate some of life’s most complex phases. As an independent care manager, hospice chaplain, tax preparer, and adjunct professor, she brings rare insight to the individuals and families she serves — understanding not just the practicalities of aging and caregiving, but the deeply human ones too.
Beyond her professional life, Rachel has been married for over 30 years and has two adult daughters. She enjoys painting, sewing, quilting, and gardening.
She is available to speak to community groups on aging well and the practicalities of caregiving.
